Eagle Mountain hosted Bridgeport for their second meeting over the break last Wednesday. Narrowly falling the day before, the boys in black were eager to dominate in the rematch. Collin Heard lead the charge from the mound by striking out 11 and allowing just one earned run over the course of seven inning! Offensively, a collective effort between Connor Jenkins' three RBIs, Braeden Dehoyos three stolen bases, and Chase Prosperi's triple, the Knights were able to forge ahead their opponents with a seven run gap, ending the evening with a comfortable 9-2 win and accomplishing the redemption they set out to acquire.
The boys are back at home Tuesday, March 24th, to wrangle the W.T. White Longhorns.
