The Knights ended off district play with a decisive victory on Tuesday. Following the close draw against the Lady Bullfrogs last week, the girls in black were eager to come back with another win, and come back they did, hitting the pitch with force from the first whistle. Eagle Mountain was an unstoppable force for the entire game. Every member of the team was working together like a well-oiled machine to systematically breach the Lady Lions' defenses and find the back of the goal consistently. Two goals by Ava Rapp and one each from both Parker Bode and Drew Dantzler put the Knights up with a commanding lead, putting them far enough ahead of their opponent to keep ahead of the last-minute goal the visiting team snuck in. When the clock hit zero, the Knights came home with the win 4-1.
