Stepping back into Bi-District for the second season in a row, the Knights were a force to be reckoned with at Brewer on Tuesday. The boys in black started out strong against a very competitive opponent, slipping through the Southwest Raiders' defense over the course of the first two quarters to take a narrow but decisive lead over their competition 24-16. Going into the second half, Eagle Mountain was confident. Sdaly, however, it was not meant to be, as the Raiders' managed to close the point gap and barely pull ahead before the final buzzer. By the end of the night, Southwest had clawed their way back and overcame the Knights by a measly seven point difference. Despite the loss, it was a great showing for the team that ended off a second fantastic season of consistency on the court and another positive win/loss record to add alongside their equally successful inaugural run. "It was a great season for out guys," said head coach Scott Richardson. "I am so proud to be their coach."
