The Knights have been dominating the pitch this season! The boys in black have been on a steady win streak since early February, putting away Springtown with a decisive 4-1 victory, and they have not let up on the gas since. Tuesday night was no exception when Eagle Mountain hosted the Lake Worth Bullfrogs in their first meeting this season. Their amphibious opponents were unable to overcome the Knight's fancy footwork and coordination, though it was a spirited matchup. Tied up 2-2 in the last minutes of the game, Eagle Mountain swiftly cut through the visitor's front line and drove the ball home to put them over the top. Because of the goals scored by Samuel Oliveros, Jan Schaefer, and David Guzman, and the stellar teamwork between every member of the Knights team, the boys managed to claim their fourth straight win in their currently flawless district season.
On the road Friday, February 20th, Eagle Mountain takes on the Lions of Castleberry as they seek to bring back a fifth victory to add to their resume.
