Eagle Mountain is on a roll with their second straight win of the fledgeling season. Tuesday night, they sought to turn their record positive and achieved just that with a decisive 3-1 victory over the Kennedale Wildcats. The boys in black put up great plays on both sides of the ball, jealousy defending their own goal while relentlessly attacking the opposite side of the field when on offense. Great teamwork abounded and allowed Nathan Rodriguez, Sammy Oliveros, and David Guzman to slip past the visitors' goal keeper for one goal each. Nathan and Sammy recorded assists on two of these attempts alongside Ken Alegre. As of now, the Knights are up 2-1 and hope see that winning number increase as the season progresses.
The boys are back on their home pitch Friday, January 9th, against the Pilot Point Bearcats.
