They've done it again! For the second year in a row, the Knights have clinched the Area title! Facing off against Lubbock-Cooper Liberty on Monday night, the girls in black continued their streak with the 15th shutout this season. Eagle Mountain came out onto the court in force by playing a heavy defense that gave their opponent little opportunity to score. In turn, offense consistently found the gaps in Lubbock-Coopers armor that allowed them to pull comfortably ahead for in the first set. Round two was closer but no less of a victory for the Knights, and the final matchup end with a 11-point gap in favor of Eagle Mountain, the largest of the evening. With yet another 3-0 victory, the girls are headed to the next round of the playoffs this week!
