The Halloween bout in Knight Stadium was as nail-biting as a scary movie, the boys in black taking on the Mineral Wells Rams in an epic senior night showdown. Both teams formed a near impenetrable phalanx through all four quarters, forcing both home and visitor to force their way through just to gain ground. However, the Knights proved more and more adaptable as the evening progressed, discovering several paths forward that allowed them to slip through the defense and put themselves over the top in points. This, combined with an almost immovable blockade on the other side of the ball, served Eagle Mountain well in bringing home a 35-30 win. Terry Starks had a big night with 27 carries for 152 yards and three touchdowns. Jase Lunsford had four total tackles with a QB hurry and a forced fumble, and Korbyn Barton had five total tackles and a QB hurry as well.
Friday, November 7th, the Knights travel on the road for their last in-season game against Graham.
