On their field for the second week in a row, the Knights fought hard against the visiting Bulldogs and pulled out a satisfying win to the cheers of the pink-adorned audience. It wa a fierce matchup from the very first kick, Burkburnett putting up a solid defense that tested the boys in black's skills. It was not enough to stop Eagle Mountain, however, as they mounted a stellar performance on both sides of the ball that led them to a satisfying and comfortable win of 38-23. Terry Starks had 24 carries for 184 yards and two touchdowns. Bryson Ivy had two solo tackles and four assisted tackles, and Justin Fox had two solo tackles, eight assist tackles, and two sacks.
Friday, October 24th, are on the road to Bridgeport, facing off against the Bulls as they seek to add another tally to their list of wins.
