The Lady Knights are on a roll in their inaugural season, with nearly all of their victories ending in double digit points, and their match against the Lake Worth Bullfrogs didn't prove any different. The girls started off strong with three Lady Knight making it home in just the bottom of the first inning! From there, the scoring continued at a steady pace, and pitcher Ashlyn Eggleton maintained a strong performance over five innings that allowed none of the batters opposite her to hit the ball even once. The girls had keen eyes and quick feet, never committing a single error on the field according to head coach Erinn Jayjohn, and amassed eight walks and two runs to total a 10-0 shutout by the end.
The Lady Knights are on the road Tuesday, March 11, taking on Bridgeport.
