Bo Miles
Bo Miles has dedicated 17 years to the field of education, demonstrating a
passion for both education and athletics and a commitment to fostering personal
and team growth. Before joining Eagle Mountain High School, Coach Miles held
positions at GCISD, Northwest ISD and Hillsboro ISD. With 15 years of coaching
experience in track and field, football, soccer and basketball, he has coached
several district champions, regional qualifiers and a state champion.
A graduate of Haughton High School in Haughton, LA, Miles earned First Team
All-District honors for three years in football (linebacker/running back), two
District Defensive MVPs, and two All-State honors. In track, he earned trips to
the state competition three out of four years. Coach Miles attended ULM on a
football scholarship, where he met his wife of 27 years, Stacy. They have four
daughters: Leilyn, 25; Jayla, 23; Kaili, 18; and Willow, 14, and they enjoy
spending time on the beach and outdoors. Bo earned a Master’s degree in
Education Administration from Lamar University and a Bachelor’s degree in
Sociology from Texas Woman’s University.
