Zach Redden
Coach Redden is an EMS ISD graduate from Saginaw High
School where he excelled as a three-sport athlete, earning All-District honors
in football and started on the first playoff team in school history. He was
also part of Saginaw's first district championship wrestling team.
Following his passion for sports, Coach Redden pursued
his education and athletic career at Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene,
Texas. There, he distinguished himself as a four-year letterman on the football
team while earning a Bachelor of Behavioral Science degree in History.
Coach Redden began his coaching career at Brewer
Middle School before returning to his alma mater. At Saginaw High School,
he served in various roles on the football staff, most recently as co-offensive
coordinator. As the head wrestling coach, he created an immense culture with
successes that include 6 district champions, 21 regional placers, a state
champion and is closing in on 100 dual victories.
Off the mat, Coach Redden is married to his beautiful
wife, Brittany, and they have one son, Cannon.
